Booking terms

1. Your booking

• A booking is for an oche (or oches, for a bigger group) for the date, start time and length you choose. It is confirmed when you have paid and we have sent your confirmation.
• Prices include VAT. The price is fixed when you book; a later price change never alters your booking.
• The person who books is responsible for the group, and for passing these terms and the things you should know on to everyone in it.

2. Ages and ID

• Everyone in the group must be 12 or over.
• You must be 18 or over to pre-order or buy alcohol.
• We operate Challenge 25: anyone who looks under 25 may be asked for photo ID before being served alcohol, and we will not serve them without it.
• If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to book, and you cannot pre-order alcohol.

3. Arriving and finishing

• Please arrive a few minutes before your start time.
• Your booking ends at the time booked, even if you arrive late, because the oche may be booked straight after you.

4. Drinks pre-orders

You can pre-order drinks when you book, and they are paid for with your booking. Once the booking is made the pre-order cannot be changed. To change it, cancel the booking (see section 5) and book again. Drinks bought on the day are paid for at the bar.

5. Cancelling

• More than 48 hours before your start time: cancel online with the link in your confirmation email and we will refund everything you paid, drinks included.
• 48 hours or less before your start time, or if you do not arrive: the booking is not refunded.
• If we have to cancel your booking, for example because the venue must close, we will tell you as soon as we can and refund everything you paid.

6. Changes by us

We may move your booking to a different oche of the same kind at the same time. We will not change your date or start time without agreeing it with you.

7. Behaviour and safety

• Please follow staff instructions and the safety rules at the oche. Darts are thrown only from the oche.
• We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who is behaving unsafely or abusively or who has had too much to drink. In that case the booking is not refunded.

8. Your rights and the law

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
